SYCUAN HISTORICAL PHOTOGRAPHS

SAN DIEGO CALIFORNIA INDIAN PORTRAITS

This beautiful Sycuan historical photograph was featured in Mike Connolly's book — "Sycuan. Our People. Our Culture." Our History." — a beautiful picture album and history presentation he wrote about the tribe's history in San Diego County.

Pictured is a ceremonial tribal staff and a tribal prayer fan — both Native American ceremonial objects are adorned with eagle feathers. Pictured are Chairwoman Anna Sandoval and Vice Chairman Danny Tucker in 1992 in Anna's home.
